RATES AND DEPOSITS
Rates are quoted in South African rand.
Rates are subject to confirmation and availability and may change without prior notice.
Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
We require a 50% deposit on booking, the balance on arrival – cancelation policy applies.
During peak periods a higher deposit may be required.
One-day reservations to be paid in full.
Full payment is required before or on arrival.
Bookings made in less than 3 days before arrival must be paid in full.
Deposits can be paid electronically (banking details available on invoice) or by credit card.
Please be aware of our cancellation policy before accepting accommodation at our establishment.
Verbal and email bookings are binding as a confirmation of the booking.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show or premature departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged – no refund is possible.
CHECK- IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in from 14h00 to 19h00
Late arrival due to travel arrangements must kindly be arranged please. A whatsapp with conformation from us will suffice.
Earlier check in could be possible – just ask.
Breakfast on week-days from 7h00 until 9h00
Breakfast on Saturday from 9h00 – 09h30
Breakfast on Sunday may be served in your room – host will arrange weekly.
Smoking not allowed in any of our rooms.
There are designated smoking areas outside, so please use that only.
“Single reservation” means one person in the room only.
“Double reservation” is for 2 people in the room only.
Only payed guests on the property for the safety of yourself and other guests.
Right of Admission will apply.
If you have a friend staying over, we need to be informed please and the applicable rate will be charged and needs to be paid before the stay.
A guest visiting in your room is treated as a paying guest - please use area allocated for arranged visitors. This is for your and our safety.
